Default Bluff-raised on the river?

Villian was 35/4/1.5 after about 40 hands. More relevant, is that, previously I had seen him check behind the flop HU with a A5o (pair of aces), then raise the turn when the board paired with two other cards. I strange line thought, but anyways, no other reads.

I'd still call that river getting 1-8.75 even with your read on villain. Many times you'll see a hand that beats you, but I think this is still a profitable call in the long run.

i save the bet-folds for TPNK or second pair type hands and my W$SD still tends to hover around 56.

Are you implying check-calling or bet-calling?

Against someone who has pulled some crap (like that A5o thing), this is a pretty easy call I think. I could see a QJ here, maybe a T, maybe mid pp. There aren't too many 7s in the repetoir of a 35% VPIP CC'er.

Unless you are anticipating him raising you on the river, there is no reason to assume you are behind.

I bet/call the river.

I think w/ 10.75:1 you should call for one more. It just doesn't make sense that he would call a raise PF with a 7, so that leaves the odd Q/T two pair, which I think is vulnerable enough to redraws that he would be playing aggressively on the flop.

His line just doesn't make sense, so it smells like a bluff to me. (At least enough of the time to make a call correct)
