AA in the cutoff

$10 BB full Ring on Pokerroom, Table is faily tight for the 2 orbits I've been in.

Chip stacks:
Me: ~$675
Button: ~$1000
I picked up a pair of aces in the cutoff, one limper to me in mid position. I raise to $40, only the button calls.

Flop comes J 5 2 rainbow flop. I lead out for $75, button raises me to $250, what's my action? That's a good portion of my stack so I was thinking it was either a fold or all in situation. The only thing I could put him on would be an overpair (KK, QQ, possibly an AA) or a set. I didn't think he would do that with AJ but I don't know. The only thing I know about him is that he plays heads up on $100BB and is a winning player.
