Golden Riviera = Thief ?

I have a big problem with golden riviera, a poker site of PRIMA POKER.
They don't allow me to make a withdraw, without any answer to my questions.
I sent them many e-mails. They do not even take the worth to answer me now. I have 330$ on this poker site. Is it some dead money ?
My first deposit ( and once ) was made with neteller, and I wish to make a withdraw with neteller too.

Someone has an idea ? thank you.
