Gameplay had been slow, tight. BB just went up to 300.

Party $200+15. 6 Handed. I have 1245 chips.

Get delt Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in MP.

Folded to me. I push.

Thoughts?

With the information you've provided, I think it's fine. You're in the danger zone and need to make a move. This may be the best chance you get before the blinds come through again. After that, your FE will be shot.

I'd care more here about stack sizes left to act (exactly how many are left to act) and how those stacks have been playing than what you hand you have here.

Pushing here could be a very good idea.

What was the situation in the 2-3 hands before this one? How did those hands play out??
