Default AK in level three against big stack

Villan is very lose and aggressive. My main concern is with the flop bet, should is just push here or is the half pot continuation bet fine. When he calls the flop I think he must have at lest over cards or slowplaying top pocket pair.
I have to let this go on the turn right? or am I so pot commited that I have to call no matter what? Thanks for the advice

You got pot committed on your flop bet. You need to either push or check this flop (I lean towards pushing).
