get an account at a party skin like empire.

try the search function, its been asked or just ask it in the existing topic that sparked the question.

You can 8 table Party skins, but you can only open 4 tables at a time per skin. E.g., you need Party and Empire open to 8 tables.

I am not addressing whether a "noob" should be playing eight tables.

Seriously, make sure you can handle two tables, then 3, then 4, and so on, before you try and play 8.
