Bad Play?

I checked on the end because I figured at least one of these guys had the 8 or the 10, no way I could have put each on a flush draw.

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP calls, Hero raises, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls, MP calls.

Flop: (10 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP bets, Hero raises, Button calls, SB folds, BB folds, MP calls.

Turn: (8 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
MP checks, Hero bets, Button calls, MP calls.

River: (11 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
MP checks, Hero checks, Button bets, MP calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 14 BB

Results in white below: 
MP has 9h Ac (two pair, tens and eights).
Hero has Qc Jc (flush, queen high).
Button has 4h Kc (two pair, tens and eights).
Outcome: Hero wins 14 BB.

good play all around. Good river call. It's a bluffy type river, but you hate to put in 2 BB

Yeah, I play it the same way.

On the end you might as well just let them bet your hand for you. There aren't a lot of hands that you beat that are gonna call. Most times everyone will fold, or you'll get raised.

And if it gets checked through big deal, you weren't likely gonna get any calls had you bet.

Just limp preflop. QJs does best against alot of opponents, why drive them out with a raise?

i think this is a good pf raise, it gives hero a chance to buy the button.

You're right. I thought he was in MP1 for some reason. It says 1 folds...blah blah blah.

This is terrible advice. We want the button, and we can isolate a limper.

In the future don't post the results of the hand as they may bias the results.

I would play this the same way including the check on the river.
After MP calls the river I would be tempted to checkraise but I'm not sure. MP certainly doesn't have a T and probably doesn't have an 8 given this action, and folding to a 3-bet is pretty easy. But probably just calling is better.
