another bonds post
So it seems that everyone here has all ready agreed that barry bonds is/was on roids. What documentation proves this? Why do people believe it, other than his incredible results and physique at his age, or is that just why people think he's on roids?
Seems like the only evidence is the calibur of his athleticism, and if that's true, than I'll just say two words: Lance Armstrong |

Re: another bonds post
Everything, including statements from Bonds himself, points to him using steroids.
Is Jose Canseco gonna hafta write another book before people realize this? |

Re: another bonds post
The better question is, even if he did, who cares? There is little to no evidence to show that steriods even help performance. It is at least as possible that steroids hinder rather than help, considering the numerous injuries that admitted steroid users like Conseco and Caminiti suffered during their careers.

Here is a summary and some links. Barry's story is that all the 'roids he took, he thought it was freakin ben-gay or something. Nobody told him it was steroids! Honest! I remember when Gary Sheffield came to Atlanta, he said he worked out with Barry the offseason before, and he destroyed the ball when he got here. He's been quoted as saying he received 2 or 3 different types of steroids from Barry during their offseason workouts. |
