Default getting KK paid

I don't have the hand history on me. Paradise $20 SNG, blinds are 10/20. Hero is UTG+1 with KK, ~1200 chips.
Worthy of note is that within the past 6 hands, I've had AA and QQ, saw a flop with both and led out for 2/3-3/4 pot in both instances with the overpair. In both cases, everybody folded. The QQ had been the hand before this.

I raise to 80, two players call.

Flop comes Q94 rainbow. Pot is 260.
SB checks, I bet 200, MP calls, SB folds.

Turn comes blank - say a 6. Pot is 660.
I check. MP pushes his remaining 500 or so chips. I call.

I'm quite happy with this line; I realize it's pretty standard.

To introduce some content here, I'm curious how people plan to behave on the river if he checks behind on the turn.
