Default WAKE UP

Do you frequently feel groggy and tired immediately upon waking?

Here are a couple of products that claim to make you wake up and feel alert and refreshed...and they actually work:

Sleeptracker watch

As hoaxy as this sounds, it really does detect your sleep rhythms and wakes you up in between sleep cycles. Being woken in the middle of a sleep cycle leads you to feel very tired and groggy. When you're woken at the beginning or end of a sleep cycle, you wake feeling refreshed and alert.

Digital SunRise Clock

Products like this have been around for a while. This one is very high quality and a friend of mine vouches for it.

I may actually get that. I usually get up about an hour after the alarm goes off.

Is everybody in?
Is everybody in?
Is everybody in?
The ceremony is about to begin.

WAKE UP!

You can't remember where it was
had this dream stopped?

Awake

Shake dreams from your hair
My pretty child, my sweet one.
Choose the day and choose the sign of your day
The day's divinity
First thing you see.

A vast radiant beach in a cool jeweled moon
Couples naked race down by it's quiet side
And we laugh like soft, mad children
Smug in the wooly cotton brains of infancy
The music and voices are all around us.
Choose they croon the Ancient Ones
The time has come again
Choose now, they croon
Beneath the moon
Beside an ancient lake
Enter again the sweet forest
Enter the hot dream
Come with us
Everything is broken up and dances.

Yeah, back in this...
Wit' poetry, my mind I flex
Flip like Wilson, vocals never lackin' dat finesse
Whadda I got to, whadda I got to do to wake ya up
To shake ya up, to break the structure up
'Cause blood still flows in the gutter
I'm like takin' photos
Mad boy kicks open the shutter
Set the groove
Then stick and move like I was Cassius
Rep the stutter step
Then bomb a left upon the fascists
Yea, the several federal men
Who pulled schemes on the dream
And put it to an end
Ya better beware
Of retribution with mind war
20/20 visions and murals with metaphors
Networks at work, keepin' people calm
Ya know they murdered X
And tried to blame it on Islam
He turned the power to the have-nots
And then came the shot

Wake up, wake up, wake up, it's the first of tha month...
Get up, get up, get up, so grab yo checks and come on...

I don't remember how the rest of this fine song goes, but as I understand it there's some weed smokin' and 40 drinkin' that goes on.

Joe,
I haven't. Gearlive (the site that wrote the review I linked to) is uber-trustworthy, however, and I will gladly hand over my hard-earned cash in exchange for anything they give a 10 rating.

I would have bought the watch already if I didn't have the relative luxury of only setting an alarm two days a week. (And I am still strongly considering buying it anyway).
