4-handed is this too aggressive?
10+1 sng, 4 players left, the two players to my left were very aggressive and loose, raising with any two cards, and making bluffs at pots.
I really am most interested in the second hand, but I would appreciate any thoughts on this hand as well. I thought for a very long time about going all in when he came over the top, but I still had a lot of chips so I decided to fold and then the second hand came and that was the end. When I was in the BB the previous time I had AA and raised 3BB and it was folded to me. Re: 4-handed is this too aggressive?
Hand #1. Good fold, you are very disciplined.
Hand #2. You cant call that. If you think about it for a while and put your opponent on a hand you know you are behind here. You might want to try to bet a little bit more. Pre flop with AQ and on the flop with Q's and 8's |

Re: 4-handed is this too aggressive?
Hand 1 - since this a $10 SNG, I would re-raise all-in after you are raised on the turn. I just can't let two pair go. I've got Villian on a KQ or something like that, possibly with a flush draw.
Hand 2 - I don't mind folding this pre-flop after the re-raise. You still have a healty stack and I only see AQ ahead of two or three hands. He may have a pocket pair, and if they are JJ or lower you are flipping a coin. Try and find a better spot. |

Re: 4-handed is this too aggressive?
hand 1 was a good fold. hand 2 you you should have folded. it is one thing to bet all in when you know if called you will be a coinflip, it is entirely different to call when you know you are a coinflip at best.

Re: 4-handed is this too aggressive?
thank you for you input. I agree. I was very angry with myself for not folding. At the time I thought I should fold and didn't follow my gut. I think the previous hand affected me a little on this one.
Thanks again. |

There is no... 'a little.' either it did or it didn't. Here, it definately did.
