North Dakota will not license internet poker
The following blurb comes from BNA Internet Law News:
NORTH DAKOTA SENATE DEFEATS WEB POKER BILL The North Dakota Legislature's dalliance with Internet poker regulation ended abruptly, when a bill to make it the first state to license cyberspace poker tables got only three Senate votes to support it. It squeaked through the House last month, with 49 votes for and 43 against. http://online.wsj.com/article/0,,SB1...087577,00.html |

[/ QUOTE ] I don't see where it says that. It sounds like a one-state issue, but that's where we are now anyway. I'm much more concerned with regulators trying to shut down the existing sites from doing business in the U.S. |
