Need some HU hand favourite odds

Need to get this to work my STT allin strategy better:


Underpair vs 2 hi cards (ex. 88 vs AQ) Coinflip, I know

2 hi cards vs 2 lower cards (ex. AQ vs J9) ???

hi/lo card vs. 2 mid cards (ex. A6 vs. QT) ???

hi/mid card vs. mid/lo card (ex. K9 vs. Q8) ???

and here's a tougher one:

hi/lo card vs. hi/lower card (ex. K5 vs K3, so kicker might well not play) ????
