Default SB stealing standards?

i feel lost from the small blind sometimes. and i need to work on this if i want to be successfull at shorthanded

for instance, if there is one lame limper and its folder around to me in the SB. what are your raising standards in the sb with no limpers, or maybe just one limper, and let's say the BB is average, capable of folding, but might call more than is optimal.

and let's not worry about finding another table for arguments sake, lets say its a juicy table, but you are in the SB with J9o and it folds around to you?dump right? Q8o? K6o? 22?

If everyone folds to you in the SB, this a heads up situation, and I often try to steal with many of the hands described here:
