Default Semi tilt online hand

Full table online 10-20, I limp UTG with J8 hearts . 1 limper, then the button raises, both blinds call, and we take the flop 5 way for 2 bets. Flop is 237 with one heart. Checks to the button who bets, I take one off. 2 of us see the turn. Turn is a 7 of hearts ( picked up the flush draw), I check raise, he 3 bets. Naturally, I put him on ace high and 4 bet . River bricks, I bet, he thinks forever and mucks. I show the hand. Not much to say, but I guess I was on a little tilt.

There's no way on earth that most of you guys play like you say you play. Standard 2+2 plays: . . .calling on the rag flop with cheese because you're going to check raise the preflop raiser on the turn and try to make him lay down AK. . . There is no way that a lot of posters here play like they say they play. If they do, they'd get caught bluffing 30 times each session. There's a lot of tough guy talk on this forum.
