Default Need a new cordless phone...suggestions?

Want a good one with good reception and good battery life, price is not much of an issue.

Any suggestions or any to stay away from?

Thanks.

I recently got a V-Tech from Best Buy. It came with 2 handsets and was pretty reasonably priced. I got it about a month ago and it works great so far.

Look for one of the high-end sets from Uniden. I have had good success with their phones.

uniden and panasonic make good stuff. if you stay away from 2.4ghz you'll have less problems down the road with wireless networking on your computers.

absolutely! make sure you get 5.8GHz. The sound is much better in addition to avoidance of networking issues.

Agreed. Cancel your landline. Save $$.

(Awaiting, "I don't get reception at my house," or "I have DSL," response)
