ITM, is this too aggressive here?
Again, I somehow manage to get 3rd when I have the majority of the chips. [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]
Do you make the same play here? I was assuming (wrongly so) that the middle stack would fold everything besides premium cards in order to play for 2nd. I was wrong as he pushed with KJ which obviously I had to call and he hit a K and left me short. I will make it 1000 here somewhat often, as it is enough to get a fold most of the time but gives you a chance to get away if he comes over the top if you don't feel like gambling.

[/ QUOTE ] The only thing that sucks about that, is all of the times you lay your 2's down and he doesn't have a pair, you've just made a big mistake. I know that wasn't the point of your reply, just wanted to point that out.

yeah i'm gonna push with 2s. But with ahnds like A5 or something it sometimes helps to have an out, although usually this is more of a concern when the BB has a few more chips.
