Default Clear Call 3-Handed Play??

$11 SNG at Party. Is this an auto call at this stage or no?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (3 handed) converter

Hero (t1650)
Button (t4965)
SB (t1385)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to t1385 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls t1085.

Flop: (t2770) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

He hadn't. So I guess I should've waited for a better spot.

Was just reviewing the hand history. He had tripled up playing QQ against AJ and AJ when a J hit OTF.

Then later, he flopped nut straight in the BB and took out a player.

The next hand he pushed, was the one you're looking at.

I need to pay more attention.

This is impossible for the forum to answer. Against myself, I would call, since I push with hands A5 is beating here, esp with the BB discount. But other players are not. So it's a judgement call based on the player.

I edited the answer before you last reply. Actually, you did give a useful answer. It is not clear cut. It depends on how your opponent has played.

Lesson: you gotta know how everyone has been playing.

It's a clear call regardless of whether the SB has been pushing a lot or not.

I've read some of the responses, and I have to disagree. I think folding here is terrible. Almost any player, no matter how tight you may perceive them to be, will raise with many many hands worse than A5 here, and the pot odds are too great.
