Default Heads-up, unsuited J-little & Q-little

I've been playing a lot of live heads-up matches lately. I absolute hate anything smaller than J-8 & Q-9 and only play them for a limp, or, when I need to change-up a bit, and play them for a raise hoping to buy the blinds.

Am I undervaluing these hands in a heads-up match? Should I even limp (call the big blind, I'm the small) with them?
