Default How long for SD to be accurate?

We've all seen the questions a thousand times about how many hands is enough to determine WR, (infitity of course...) My question is how long does it take for a calculation of one's standard deviation to be accurate? I ask because mine appeared to jump almost a point overall between 10k and 20k hands in one of my DB's.

If you'd rather not get waist-deep in numbers, rest assured that it converges a lot faster than your win rate converges.
