Default Good ROI at 20+2 tables?

After 41 games, my ROI is at 46.4%...good enough to move up now, or should I play about 100 or so?

please do yourself a favor and wait for many, many more tournaments before you gauge your success. moving up now is the easiest way to destroy your entire bankroll.
