Default Small MTTs

A lot of guys here seem to play the really big MTTs, with 1k+ players. What do you guys think of smaller MTTs in general? Say 150 players or so. Do the improved odds of cashing make them worth the time despite the lower payout?

I like the feel of smaller MTTs as the variance seems to be lower. To make the FT at a large MTT almost neccisitates a suck out or two and winning many coin flips/ 60%-40%.

On that note, where can I find more 100-200 player MTTs?

Pokerroom runs tournaments like every 15 minutes all day with low buy ins and smaller fields.

Try any site other than the biggest ones, Party and Stars.

small MTTs? look no further than the iPoker network of sites...they all run the same tables on different sites...

my favorite 2:

www.siapoker.com (you can xfer money back and forth between it's sportsbook, www.sportsinteraction.com)

www.noblepoker.com (actually advertised on 2+2 banners, they're doing a 100% bonus at the moment i believe)

Almost all tournaments there are insanely small, many with nice overlays. As i post this, there's a tournament in progress...only 47 entrants for $1 + 0.15....with a $200 payout..the add-on break hasn't come yet but there's only $100 put in so far so that's quite the overlay...you'll find similar with their larger tournaments as well.
