Default how much to bet

I'm having trouble making some key decisions.

TPTK with no draws on the board-pot sized bet? or less for value

TPTK with a flush draw on the board-pot sized? or more to scare off the draw?

Raise with AK early pos. flop comes dry but you suspect you can buy the pot. how much do you bet. It seems if I make a less than potsized bet I look weak. But potsized hurts so bad if I'm wrong.

My normal bet is usually around 2/3 pot. I make pot-sized with a scary board, 1/2 pot on a really dry board.

Bet size is pretty dependent on your position, stack size, and how many players are currently in the pot.
