Just turn away and ignore the raving madman (no content)
Does anyone know a version of hold'em where flushes don't count and only 4 cards are dealt on the board? I would REALLY love that game.

Nah this has been covered in OOT. Either try to get them to show you a card, and have their hand declared dead, or throw your cards AT theirs, and try to get any cards taht dead cards touch declared dead.
