Multi-Table Strategy Question

Hi - playing in tournament tomarow with a sligthly strange set up and would like some thoughts of startegy -specifically as it relates to the re-buy:
Buy in $100 - starting chops 2000
Rebuy (one only) - $100 - gets another 2000 chips
add on - 100 - after 2 rounds gets 2000 chips

Here is the interesting part - you can rebuy right away (as long as you have no more than 2000 chips) - and blinds start really high at 100-200 double every 30 minutes. Here is what I am thinking:
Buy in right away for $200 - and start with 4,000 chips as opposed to starting with 2,000 chips - if I bust, I bust - but I will be starting with a big stack....

thoughts?, suggestions? - anything would be appreciated as have never played with a structure like this...
