They sell it at Trader Joe's. It's actually pretty good, I usually put a little bit of fake brown sugar on it (I'm a dibaetic, so no sugar/high carbs for me) and have a bowl in the morning.

Most likely your local health food store. In the Dallas area I've seen it at Central Market.

It might be more cost effective to just go peel some bark off the tree in your neighbor's yard.
