Default Getting free stuff from Dell.

Here’s the situation. I ordered a computer from Dell about two and a half weeks ago. The computer was shipped together in two boxes, the monitor and computer. The two boxes were delivered to my house last Friday (3/4). I wasn’t home so I changed the address to my work address using the UPS website. One of the boxes was delivered on Monday. However, the second box somehow got shipped back to Illinois (I live in CA) and is now expected to be back to me on 3/14. I’m not really happy about this. I’m sure it’s probably UPS’s fault, but they can’t really do anything for me. I complained to the outsourced worker at Dell, but all he said was I’m sorry over and over. What is the best way to get some free stuff out of Dell because of this?

Tell them you want to cancel the whole order altogether because of all the grief this whole ordeal has caused you.

You'll get free shipping (I think that's an automatic), and that should be it.
