Default Both Flopping set

Just lost a big pot when I had pocket 7's and hit trip 7's, to someone else who had Q's and hit trip Q's!

Please can someone tell me the odds on this happening? Hopefully it will be higher than I expected and teach me a valuable lesson!

i have turned quads (JJ) and then have my opponent rivered higher quads (QQ)
board QJX, J, Q.
luckily only the flop and turn got capped.

QQ: ty, i did not need the river
Me: haha nh

I was not too upset becuz i hit a 1 outer so i guess what goes around comes around.
