Default Albuquerque cardrooms

Hello,
Could someone tell me the rake for the cardrooms near Albuquerque. How are the hold'em games? I will be visiting in a couple months. Thanks.

you probably want to play at Sandia Casino north of town. they have 4/8, 10/20, and 20/40 hold 'em... all half-kill games. rake is $3 on $30. pretty good mix of players at the 4/8 and 10/20... never played the 20/40, but it's usually just one table of regulars from what i can tell. during the summer the 4/8 would start up around 11am or noon and by 6 or 7pm there'd be two must-move tables. 10/20 would get going around 4 or 5pm with one must move table later in the evening. both games would be down to one table around 11pm or midnight. the 4/8 would usually last until closing (at 4am) after being short-handed for a couple of hours...

anyway, the dealers and floor people are great (mostly), the food service is slow(oh well), and Natalie is a cutie!

i've heard Isleta south of town has a spread limit 2-10 hold'em game(2-10 on any round of beting), but don't know if that's still going on... Santa Ana Star's poker room in Bernalillo is pretty much dead from what i hear... one table of dealer's choice last i heard, but that could have changed by now.
