Pharaoh's Club Paulsons - A blank instead of a 25¢?

It appears that we're split on the last vote regarding a blue $1 or a white $1. I think I will be going with a blue $1. This brings up my next question.

What does everyone think of having a blank (wildcard) chip in the set? Particularly a blank white instead of the white 25¢.

i hadn't thought about this idea until following the spacemonkey greek design. the blank is a great idea for flexibility. it's good for cash/tourney flex, as well as to fit the way each of us do our blinds.

i'm for it, if you haven't noticed.

Defnitely should have a non-denom... just don't think it should be white. Not that I think you have to stick to standard colors for denoms but white = low denom to me (usually $1 or 25¢)... not what I'd like for my fill-in chip especailly since you're going to have 25¢ & $1 chips.

assuming paulson won't move on colors, what would you recommend? green, black, red, and blue are spoken for. that leaves orange, white, and purp. if we use one of those for the blank, then white becomes a large denomination chip.

again, this is assuming we can't choose colors. but if that's true, it's kinda got to be white, right?

What do you suggest? I could make the top denom (Orange) the blank, that crossed my mind too. Kinda fitting, since the Day-Glo orange is the most recognizable. That method would leave a white 25¢, a blank orange, and no $1000 chip. That's not a bad idea.

I am NOT going to have a 50¢ chip either way, so this would give a wildcard chip for the 50¢ people if we use the white for a 25¢ chip.

This has probably already been decided but I like the idea of a blank chip, also why have sub-dollar chips at all? People can use the appropriate dollar value chips for low-stakes games. (I think that's more fun anyway.) That way the white and blue color combos, which I thought were a couple of the nicer ones, can be used for other values. Just my $.02.
