How often do you auto-import HH's when using GT?

I set it for every 2 minutes. For those of you who use this, how often do you have it set at?

I gotta say, this program is the shiznit.

If I'm data mining at the same time I'll do 3 minutes...if I'm not 1 minute.

1 min. but I may change to 2 min. when I get my second monitor set up to 8 table....I'll have to see how the computer handles it.

I use 1 but it sucks when you try to lookup stats on PT. It seems like the thing is always updating.
