Default Travelling - Currency Exchange

I'll be travelling to Monaco next week for the EPT finals. What is the easiest way to go about currency conversion? Just go to an ATM there and have it spit out euros? Go to an exchange booth at the airport?

Thanks for your help, this is the first time I'll be leaving the country!

Either way works fine. I'd be shocked if the casino didn't take dollars, as well.

I usually travel with some gold bars, they do nicely.
