Default Obvious Value Bet Situation?

This might not seem like that interesting of a hand, but I just wondering if this was an obvious value bet situation?

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, Hero raises, 3 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
MP1 checks, MP2 checks, Hero bets, MP1 folds, MP2 calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls.

River: (6.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

Yes. I'd bet it again and call a raise. It's hard to see how he's got a K but hasn't found a bet or a raise anywhere. Who knows what he's got, but I bet he'll call another bet.

a K or 8 are the only threats, neither are that likely, he'll call with worse hands than your 3J, though if he raises you are likely toast, still call it
