Default Playing the short-stack

I have a pretty straight-forward question for all of you about how you play the short stack in the early-mid levels of a tournament (much before the bubble). More specifically, if you had 5-7x BB what is the worst hand your willing to go all in with in the following situations:

1) Opening the pot in the EP

2) Opening the pot in the MP

3) In MP with 1 limper

4) Opening the pot in LP

5) In LP with 1 limper

6) In LP with 2 limpers

7) In LP with EP player who opened for 3x BB

8) In BB with 1 limper

9) In BB with 2 limpers

Lets assume you have the shortest stack at the table and everyone else at your table has about the average stack.

Thanks.
