Default ROI help

I am new at this and confussed about ROI. Could someone explain how to formulate an ROI or possibly where to go to have it explained. Thanks.

ROI is profit/turnover.

If you have entered 10 $33s and won $33, then your ROI is 10%.
=33/330

What would be considered average, good and very good numbers? I'm about to start compiling records of how I do in these tournaments and while I think I'm winning at a nice rate, I'd like to know if it is good enough.
