Seriously, why didn't I start playing Party Poker sooner?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed) converter

MP1 ($15.4)
MP2 ($44.95)
CO ($15.4)
Button ($16.5)
SB ($24.3)
BB ($40.6)
Hero ($89.9)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.1.
Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to $1</font>, MP2 calls $1, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.75.

Flop: ($4.10) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to $6</font>, MP2 folds, BB calls $6, Hero calls $3.50.

Turn: ($22.10) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks, MP1 calls $8.40 (All-In), <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $16.8</font>, Hero calls $82.90 (All-In), BB calls $16.80 (All-In).

River: ($147) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players, 3 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $147

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
Hero has 2d 2h (full house, twos full of tens).
MP1 has Qs Qh (two pair, queens and tens).
BB has Ks 4s (two pair, kings and tens).
Outcome: Hero wins $147. </font>

i whored at empire and left as soon as i could. hated it. i wasnt properly BR'd so may have been playing too tightly but i lost $100 fairly quickly at NL25.

the players are aweful to be sure but i just couldn't get comfortable with the software. hard for me to tell where the action was with GT+ up. the screen is just too busy. if the characters are on i get confused and started identifying players by their character. if i have the characters turned off i cant remember whos who b/c there are no avatars.

anyone else have this issue? does it get better? i'd sure like to go back but i'm happy at PS though i'm confident the competition's better as a whole.

It just takes a little practice. Go to party poker young friend, and make your fortune.

This leads to my question.

I started playing originally at Party and lost my money - but I was obviously the sucker then.
So, blaming the site of course (I mean it couldn't be ME!) I moved on to Paradise.

There I have the $25 buy-in easily covered. $50 is not so kind to me (dunno why).
Now I am at the $100 level and am starting to show a reasonable profit.
The buy-in/blind ratio in Paradise is the same as the new ones on Party.

So, is it time to move back to Party?
If I am making money in Paradise does that mean I will make much more on Party?
(Maybe be able to buy the wife something so that she won't mind me playing so much)
