Default playing AQ/AJ UTG in 6 max

before this used to be always raise at party. but now with deeper stacks, you find your self being called by multiple players fairly often. So what is the plan now?

limp, fold to raise?

Depends on the table. If you know that anyone in late position will be raising with AQ or AK and there is no raise, AJ is a great limp in early position. If everyone else limps, just wait for an A or a J high flop.
