Probability of another player holding X

Help! I would like to figure out what the odds of someome else (assume 8 opponents) holding X is. X can be anything, such as either AK or AQ. Now, I know the probobality of holding either of those two hands is 2.4%, so, assuming I hold no aces, kings, or queens, how would I figure out the probability of someone else holding one of those two hands? Surely you can't simply multiply 2.4 by 8. Similarly, let's say I hold A-J (leaving only 12 possible AK or AQ combinations instead of 16), how would that effect the odds of at least one of my opponents holding AK or AQ???
