Default Probability of another player holding X

Help! I would like to figure out what the odds of someome else (assume 8 opponents) holding X is. X can be anything, such as either AK or AQ. Now, I know the probobality of holding either of those two hands is 2.4%, so, assuming I hold no aces, kings, or queens, how would I figure out the probability of someone else holding one of those two hands? Surely you can't simply multiply 2.4 by 8. Similarly, let's say I hold A-J (leaving only 12 possible AK or AQ combinations instead of 16), how would that effect the odds of at least one of my opponents holding AK or AQ??? Thank you so much ahead of time for anyone who knows how to do this.
