Default VPIP from SB

My VPIP from the SB seems kinda low. With about 20K hands at 2/4, it is around 23. I read somewhere it should be 25-35. I tend to complete with anything soooted when there at least 3 opponents, and any 2 faces, but I ditch just about anything else. Am I way off base here?
