Cant login to my multipoker account?

OK next multipoker problem, I cant login to my account anymore. It says tha there is some problems with firewall, but I have made sure that firewall allows all traffic with multipoker-client. This is weird because when I first downloaded multipoker I had no-problem but I had to reinstal it and now cant get in no matter what.

I mailed the support but got just some auto-respond from some indian dick..
