Default Room Discounts

Hey all,
I was thinking of heading down to vegas for a week or so at the end of next month to put some serious poker time in. I was wondering what the cheapest way to go about getting a room for that week is. Should I just go for a shitier hotel of the stip and commute or do the nicer places on the strip offer room discounts if you play a certain # of hand s or whatever there during your stay. Thanks for the help
Malone

If you haven't been to Vegas before, stay at a nice hotel with a good location. If you're playing low-limit, the Monte Carlo fits that description.

Do you have any idea of what the poker rate is? I have not seen it listed before.

Thanks!

Never been to Vegas, plan on playing NL, probably $5-5 or $5-10. Monte Carlo still best place to go?
