Neteller UK

Can anybody help?
I want to set up a Neteller account. I live in the UK so I cannot register my UK bank account with them as they do not allow this..GREAT! I suppose that I could deposit funds easily enough with them via my credit card but how do I withdraw funds? Any profit (dream on) cannot be accessed to the credit card so how can I withdraw this cash? Can I make a transfer to Paypal?

Any help would be appreciated.

Why is everything so damn difficult? Can't withdraw this, can't withdraw that. How wonderful. Think I need another hobby.

Neteller is a pain in the ass. If I could transfer money to and from Paypal it would be fine, but I cannot get money into Neteller. Can't register a bank account from outside US and my credit card company takes about a month to approve a payment to an online facility. If anyone has any brilliant ideas for getting say $5000 from Paypal to Neteller I'd love to hear it.
