Default High risk play on the bubble... what\'d I do wrong?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) converter

Hero (t4152)
Button (t3717)
SB (t1295)
BB (t4336)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises to t550, 2 folds, BB calls t350.

Flop: (t1200) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t1000, BB calls t1000.

Turn: (t3200) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets t1200, Hero raises to t2602, BB calls t1402.

River: (t8404) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: t8404

Every opponent is weak, I've stolen 3 out of the last 4 blinds. Opponent doesn't value his blind at all, from what I can tell. 10+1 sng btw.

The check/call on the flop with a lead on the turn worries me. If you consider the villain to be weak, you need to have a healthy fear after this sequence.

I would have folded the turn. Also I'd bet slightly less on the flop as I think it would be enough to define the hand(around 800), but that's not really a big deal.
