Tried to register pokertracker but got annoyed with Regsoft- the company that handles payments and distrobution of the product keys.

I live in thailand and usually need to prove my identity by sending documents before an online transaction can be completed. This is fine, but after their initial denial and request for proof of identity, there was no response from them as to which documents they need from me. -until I cancelled my order.

I just hope I can order the key and let another company have the profit from the transaction.
any suggestions?
