I would raise pre-flop. After that, I think that you should fold since you're OOP facing a raise and a reraise.

I think preflop is okay if you haven't seen BB min re-raise exclusively with AA/KK. However, postflop you have to proceed very cautiously. Min re-raising is VERY often AA/KK. Of course, you can also raise preflop, but limping is okay, too, IMO. On the flop, therefore, instead of just blindly pushing, you should check and see what happens. You actually have good relative position here because BB checked so you have the opportunity to see CO bet and then BBs reaction before you have to play. If CO bets and BB check/raises, you are out of there most likely. If CO checks, then you can see BBs move on the turn before deciding. I think the general thing to keep in mind here is that you are losing if people are willing to call your all-in and there are no scare cards for you here on the turn, so you should just take it slow.

Of course, these stacks aren't that deep so losing your stack with TPTK to an overpair or set of kings is not the end of the world, but if it can be avoided, it should be, right?

Raise this UTG, fold to excessive action from players in LP (unless uber-LAGs).

If you check, CO probably bets, BB calls, you call. On the turn you will have no problem getting all-in against this BB anyways and you will gotten an extra bet out of CO in all likelihood. So even with these cards and these donkeys I think you could have made more and risked less. Glad it worked out for you, though.
