If your hand is good enough to raise on the turn, why isn't it good enough to bet on the river? The river didn't change anything in this hand...having said that, I see little point in raising the turn. It can only put you in a bad spot should he make it 3-bets. For the same price you can look him up here.

Would you have folded if villain 3-betted and led the river?

very well possibly. I wanted to use the raise to see where I was. I probably should've bet the river with the turn raise I put in

You have to consider who still acts behind you... MP2 is overcalling with so many bad hands here on the turn if you don't raise, hands that don't stand much chance to improve over yours. Either that or he has the straight and you're getting three bet.

I call this down because

1. I don't want to give BB the chance to three bet.
2. I want MP2 to overcall the turn and river.

Bet this river if you're good on the turn.
