PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP3 calls, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button 3-bets</font>, Hero calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP3 calls, CO calls.

<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, UTG calls, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises</font>, MP3 folds, CO calls, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, UTG calls, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 caps</font>, CO folds, Hero calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (15.75 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, UTG calls, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises</font>, Hero calls, UTG calls.

River: (21.75 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls.

Final Pot: 24.75 BB

Three questions about this hand:

1. Was the pre-flop call good?
2. Should I have three bet the turn?
3. Should I have check raised the river?

Does it make a difference that the Button's 3 bet PF was an all in for 2.75?

Since it cuts into your implied odds, I would think it would make you more reluctant to make the pre-flop call if you were hesitant in the first place.

not really... if anything, it cuts down on you're implied odds, making the PF call worse
