Default 5+.50 fold or call?

This game took forever, down to 4 players, blinds up to 150/300.

Stacks (after posting blinds):

UTG: 1757
Button: 865
SB: 2758
Hero: 2170

The button seems to be a somewhat tight player that has gotten no cards and is now looking for a spot to desperation push w/ any sort of semi-reasonable holding @ ~3BB (most kings, any ace, any two broadways, suited jacks and queens, any pair, etc.).

UTG folds, button raises all-in, SB folds, I'm sitting on 96o.

So there's 450 in blinds, and 865 from the button, making the pot 1315, and 565 for me to call, giving me ~2.34 odds. Fold or call it?

I fold this. You DO have the odds to call, but when I consider payout structure and tournament equity I don't like playing this.

because it is a bubble situation, and you can still be in a good position to steal I would fold. People here might say I am weak-tight. but because this is a 5 +.50 people will pay you off when you have a better hand.

I fold here. you really need to protect your chips. 3 to 1 and I might make this call. But otherwise I fold and wait for a better shot. One more round and he's crippled anyway.
