Default tobasco sauce goes best on...?

I like to put the red variety on my mac&cheese, pizza, tacos, and eggs -- i'm looking to expand my tobasco horizons.. suggestions?

As we were discussing yesterday, I like it on corn beef hash. Some other favs, goulash, additional on Jambalaya, chili, all soups.


The Chipolte Tabasco is good too.

Basically if you really want to get the best taste out of tabasco sauce, put it on the food while you are cooking it, and for gods sake, put the bottle in the fridge after you opened it.

well, I don't think it goes rotten, if you don't refridgerate it though it looses a lot of flavor and hotness.

I may be wrong about the rotten part though, but I do know at my parents pad, they have one bottle in the fridge and one in the cupboard, both are opened as well.
