Default Understanding Bankrolls

What is a good bankroll to maintain in order to stay in a very easy game like 2/4 limit after a long period of hands. also is it possible to maintain 4.23 BB/100 in this limit, because I have heard it is not, but this is after 13.5k hands.

The minimum bankroll you should have for playing any given limit for a full ring game is 300 times the big bet. So in the case of 2/4 the bankroll should be at least $1200

13.5k hands is nothing, especially in regards to win rates. If you need proof, search for a post by homer about a win rate confidence interval. It will show just how incredibly imprecise a win rate is with only 13.5k hands.
